Manzac D' en Bas is an old farmhouse, extended by two tastefully converted barns, set in charming French countryside in the foothills of the Pyrenean mountains. It is approximately one and a half hours from Carcasonne or Toulouse airports. Meals are generally taken outside in the garden, or in one of the large lounges. There is also a large swimming pool with terrace, and views across the magnificient scenery. There are numerous opportunities for painting and walking. One can also study the stars in the clear night sky. Tuition takes place either in the magnificient studio, outdoors in the grounds or at local venues.
The emphasis on Tony’s painting holidays is informality and enjoyment with tutoring shaped to your requirements both as an individual and as a member of a small group.
During each day’s tuition Tony continually rotates between all guests and will be available for tuition, guidance and assessment. He intends to demonstrate on most days.
It is NOT compulsory for you to be involved at all times as you are on holiday.
